66.6 miles: The ride of the beast

Pleasant Garden to Saxapahaw to Swepsonville and back, all to have brunch at the Saxapahaw General Store. The corned beef hash and eggs were great on the palate, but not so good for the legs. 

We counted about six groups of cyclists who had converged on the store. It’s well situated to attract riders from Greensboro, Carrboro, Durham and Chapel Hill.
